Registration and Enrollment Information
1.) All interested students must contact the studio to set up a meeting/evaluation.
2.) Please look over the registration form and come prepared with any questions you may have to our first meeting.
3.) After our meeting, please complete the registration form.

4.) As soon as I receive your completed form, we will schedule your class and/or lesson time. I will respond to each request and registration in the order that I receive them.
5.) Next, I will ask that you send me a payment for the registration fee, materials fee, and first month’s tuition.
6.) When I receive your payment, you will be officially enrolled as a Bzdick Studio student.

1.) All interested students must contact the studio to set up a meeting/evaluation.
- The Purpose of this meeting, besides putting faces to names, is to understand how I can further your education in the performing arts and help you achieve your goals. The evaluation portion of this meeting is to understand your current skill level. You would not need to prepare anything to perform for the meeting, but I may ask if you are comfortable singing a short section of a piece you already know. You can also expect a brief pitch-matching assessment.

3.) After our meeting, please complete the registration form.
- If you have issues filling it out online, you can print it, fill it in, and email me a scanned pdf file at [email protected] or bring it to your lesson. If you choose to mail it to the studio via the postal service please use the following address:

- At this time, I accept checks, cash, and money orders as payment, but not credit cards. If payment is not received within a week from our scheduling conversation the spot will reopen for scheduling.
6.) When I receive your payment, you will be officially enrolled as a Bzdick Studio student.
